Technology People Inc. Takes Up a Challenge in Retaining Human Resources by Hosting TechFusion 2006

PITTSBURGH, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Technology People Inc., an IT consulting services company, that provides and delivers turn key solutions and products on every aspect of customers' IT needs, ranging from strategic consulting, software architecture, design, deployment, training, maintenance to IT staffing services. It is a trusted business partner to worldwide clients that leverages best industry practices, market understanding and proven record of experience.

At a time when retaining employees by organizations has been a challenge due to high turnover, Technology People Inc. continues to grow as a human resources company with a climbing number of 150 employees. To show employee appreciation, August 25th-27th, 2006, Holiday Inn was a scene of a cultural fiesta, called TechFusion 2006, hosted by Technology People Inc. It was an all-expenses-paid weekend, bundled with entertainment and attended by employees and their families, from across the US and Canada.

TechFusion 2006 was an endeavor to build bonds amongst the consultants and lay a platform for trust to thrive. The idea behind the event was to improve motivation and develop better working relationships amongst employees. TechFusion gave employees the opportunity to see colleagues from a different perspective, thus breaking down barriers to open communication.

"Technology People wants to provide employees with benefits that go beyond financial support. Our success is measured in terms of bringing people together, providing opportunities and by giving greater emphasis on keeping them together," said Amar Tiparthy, CEO/Founder of Technology People Inc. "I don't have the word 'I' in my dictionary. Everything we do, is as a team. We win as a team and lose as a team."

Most consultants have worked at more than one firm before joining Technology People Inc. Yet many mentioned that they had not been treated this well by any of their previous employers. It was gratifying to note that employees acknowledged that their employer is in a position to create an environment conducive to high employee retention.

Technology People Inc. started barely two years ago with modest beginnings and eyes set on mighty ends. We are good at both Tech and People. We continue to tap new areas in international jurisdictions, to adapt to the competitive environment and look into opportunities among challenges. With so much at hand it's hard to see this company go any way but upwards.
